We take care of all of your paper-handling needs by collecting your documents and converting them into electronic format. Our facility maintains state-of-the-art, high speed and high powered equipment to handle all of your scanning needs. Then we import the documents to our secure, dedicated environment.

After converting your documents, we upload them to our secure servers. Based on the customized iDOC solution we created to handle your individual needs, each employee of your organization is assigned a unique user ID for secure logon. Work from home, office, or travel. Access your information from any internet connection using Internet Explorer or compatible browser. You can even go mobile using a laptop, PDA or Smartphone and a wireless or cellular internet connection.

Licensed Server Solution:

iDOC also offers the DocHost program in a licensed server version. Purchase the software to install in your company’s environment and manage the documents and application using your internal IT department. Full training and installation support is provided to your IT staff as needed. You can immediately begin using DocHost by uploading electronic documents to your database. If you have paper copy documents, iDOC can scan these documents and provide a load file for your IT staff to import into the database.
