Michael Buban

CEO/President

Michael has over 23 years of experience in sales, marketing, management and client services. Michael's experience in the area of document management began early in his career, as an account executive for the well-respected Merrill Corporation in Dallas, Texas. Believing he could take a good product and make it even better, he and his business partner, Bob, began Texas Legal Copies, Inc. in 1995. After enjoying over a decade of success, iDOC Corp was born out of desire to meet the new challenges presented by the digital revolution. As President/CEO of iDOC Corp, Michael strives to provide cutting edge document management services to his clients. Michael lives in Dallas with his wife Robyn. They enjoy spending time with family, watching the Dallas Stars and riding together with friends on his Harley-Davidson.

Robert Buban

Vice President/ Operations

Bob has 23 years of experience in the business management and accounting fields. As an accounting professional, Bob was involved in voluminous document audits with complex document organization. Beginning in 1989, Bob served as a legal assistant and a legal assistant supervisor on document intensive cases, at one of the largest international law firms in Dallas, Texas. As a senior legal assistant, Bob acquired first-hand experience with the litigation document needs of corporate professionals, paralegals, and attorneys. With this solid background, he co-founded Texas Legal Copies, Inc. (TLC) in 1995. His vision for TLC integrated services not found at most document management companies, including trial set-up and paralegal outsourcing services, as well as document coding and scanning. Realizing that the future of document management would ultimately depend less on paper documents, and more heavily on digital format, iDOC Corp was formed. Once again, Bob has incorporated into iDOC Corp many services not commonly found in the industry, such as document hosting, development of customized software applications, and eDiscovery services. Bob holds a B.A. in Business Management and Economics from Drake University. He received his Legal Assistant’s degree in 1989 and has been a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas since 1991. Bob has been married to his wife Lisa for almost 25 years and they have two children. When not working, Bob enjoys cycling and running and has participated in the Texas Two Hundred, The Cross Timbers Classic, The Freedom Run and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Bob and his family are active members of Northwest Bible Church in Dallas.

Steven Shankel

Senior Sales Executive

With more than 14 years or experience, including sales, sales management, and litigation support sales management, Steve serves as iDOCs Senior Sales Executive. His reputation as one of the document management industrys top client service professionals allows Steve to manage relationships with some of iDOCs largest clients. Steves duties range from ensuring that the appropriate resources are employed to assist you, to optimizing quality in the delivery of all iDOC services.

Monty Linwood

Assistang Production Manager

As Assistant Production Manager for iDOC Corp, Monty oversees the many document conversion and document management services they provide. Monty has been a part of the iDOC team for over 10 years, beginning as a Machine Operator with their Texas Legal Copies division. Through his hard work and commitment, Monty has risen through a variety of positions at TLC and iDOC Corp, giving him a wealth of experience to offer our clients. It is through this experience and his attention to detail, that Monty ensures each project runs smoothly and effectively. His dedication to quality and efficiency is a key factor in the satisfaction consistently enjoyed by our clients.

Jeremy Goins

Director Technology & Digital Services

Jeremy has over 10 years of experience in technology and the management of IT and business related functions. Before joining the team at iDOC Corp, he gained experience as a Senior Technical Support Member and Regional IT Manager with prominent companies such as Nissan Motor Acceptance Company and Bowne & Company. These experiences have uniquely qualified Jeremy to understand and meet the specific business needs of clients and to provide them with effective technical solutions. Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Management, with a concentration in Information Technology. Additionally, he holds over a dozen technical certifications in various areas of technology. Jeremy specializes in online repository and web enabled services, document management systems, electronic discovery services, as well as, application and software development. Jeremy directed the development of iDOC Corp’s proprietary online document management software, DocHost. He is also skilled in LAN and WAN Infrastructures, disaster recovery, and IT consolidation.
